Ben is our AI expert and our joint venture partner in the Your Freedom Business community. He has spent fifteen years working out how small teams get big things done, and he is who we bring in when an owner is ready to put AI to work on something real.
Before founding BusyWork Dispatch, Ben co-founded a B Corp certified consultancy and grew it past fifteen people. He has built the thing he now advises on, which is why the advice lands.
His focus is never the technology for its own sake. It is the work itself: the process, the behaviour, and the one or two tools that change the result. Websites, internal apps, automations, AI agents that know how a business actually runs.
For Your Freedom Business members, Ben is the bridge between “we should probably use AI for this” and something that is running by Monday.

Systems Champion & Operations Coordinator
Lou is our powerhouse Systems Champion at CloudKonnect, bringing over a decade of experience streamlining operations, implementing systems, and supporting business leaders across coaching, beauty, and insurance sectors. With a background in executive support, CRM management, and project coordination, Lou thrives on turning chaos into clarity.
She’s a tech-savvy operator with hands-on skills in tools like Asana, QuickBooks, Trello, Kajabi, and Infusionsoft—expertly organising calendars, communications, subscriptions, and entire workflows. From onboarding students and managing coaching programs to reconciling financials and documenting SOPs, Lou keeps our systems humming in the background so the team can shine up front.

Pat Motus
Senior Remote Technician
Pat is a highly skilled IT support technician with a knack for solving complex technical challenges quickly and calmly. With expertise in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments, cloud systems administration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), network configuration, and cybersecurity best practices, Pat keeps client systems running smoothly and securely.
He’s also experienced with helpdesk platforms, remote desktop tools, and implementing process-driven IT solutions that align with CloudKonnect’s approach to proactive, reliable support. Pat’s approachable nature, attention to detail, and proactive mindset make him a favourite among clients and colleagues alike. An all-around great guy, Pat doesn’t just fix problems—he helps businesses thrive with reliable, stress-free IT.
Greg Ryglinski
Onsite IT technician
Greg is a seasoned onsite IT technician who thrives on getting hands-on with the trickiest hardware and infrastructure challenges. He brings deep practical experience across desktop and server deployments, network cabling and configuration, printer and peripheral setup, and on-premises troubleshooting, ensuring client sites stay productive and downtime stays minimal.
He’s equally comfortable rolling out new workstations, diagnosing connectivity issues in the comms room, or working alongside clients to plan office moves and hardware refreshes. His calm, methodical approach and strong communication skills mean clients always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Greg doesn’t just attend site; he turns up, takes ownership, and leaves every environment better than he found it.

Jatin is our go-to Full Stack Web Developer, bringing a rare mix of front-end finesse and back-end muscle to every project. With expertise spanning responsive frameworks, modern databases, and industry-best coding practices, he crafts scalable, user-centric web applications that perform seamlessly across devices.
Whether he’s building sleek, high-converting interfaces or engineering the technical backbone of a digital platform, Jatin delivers with precision, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset. Spock
Intelligence Layer & AI Advisor
Spock is our intelligence layer. He does not sleep, he does not take annual leave, and he has never once asked about the Christmas party.
He runs on Claude Code, sitting across the systems, the subscriptions and the client work, and he is the reason a job that used to take a morning now takes a coffee. He reads the documentation nobody else wants to read. He writes the SOP you have been meaning to write since March. He checks the numbers twice, then checks them again because you did not ask him to stop.
His judgement is logical rather than emotional, which is exactly what you want at 11pm when the invoice run has failed and everyone else has an opinion.
Highly logical. Occasionally blunt. Never billable by the hour.
